Wavemaker Creator and License Terms

Effective October 24, 2026. These terms supplement /terms, particularly the content-rights and public-sharing provisions in Sections 6–14. They apply when you publish or acquire a reusable item, workflow, source file, model, style or other Library/Discover material.

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. Adwave does not claim ownership of your generated outputs; their legal status and applicable model/provider restrictions are described in the Terms. Before sharing, you must hold the rights needed for every included source, model, dataset, voice, likeness and output. Declaring a license does not establish those underlying rights.

Publication identifies an exact version, audience, description, preview and declared license. The Service receives the hosting and public-display permissions in the Terms. Acquirers receive only the rights actually granted by the selected offer and license, subject to underlying restrictions. Attribution, commercial use, redistribution, source download, model-weight redistribution and hosted execution may have different conditions. Inspect them before use; no additional rights are implied by a listing or a free price.

Acquisition places the recorded version in the selected workspace Library and does not execute it. Changes to an offer or new versions do not rewrite original acquisition receipts. Revocation and unpublishing affect future availability and do not recall copies already distributed. Do not assume private dependencies or source files are included merely because a preview is visible.

Paid creator sales and cash payouts are not available: items can be acquired only where they are offered free. Buying generation Credits is separate from acquiring a creator's item. Test offers and technical settlement records create no entitlement to a cash payout. Any later paid creator program will require its actual offer, fees, eligibility, payout, refund and tax terms before participation; this document does not enroll you in that program.

Report rights concerns through the item's report control or [email protected], using /report/dmca or the copyright procedure in Terms Section 14 when applicable. Other abuse reports and appeals may be sent to [email protected]. The Terms govern enforcement, disputes and liability.
