When to use it
- Reference-face identity keyframe, face-parsing bound, union-control IC-LoRA regeneration of masked face latents guided by source DWPose, and exact source pixels/audio outside the bound.
What you get
- A creative method with its instructions and supporting source files.
Setup and requirements
- Follow the included guide to bind your inputs and select the appropriate runtime.
Things to know
- Executed Sept 26: exact preservation outside the bound; every variant lowered reference similarity (86.7 -> 81.5-84.3; genuine drift case 78.9 -> 69.6), so identity repair is not qualified.
- Uses the union-control IC-LoRA with noise masks; the dedicated in/outpainting IC-LoRA is not installed.
- Single visible face per shot; ≤161 frames per pass; the DWPose download cache must be reachable or present on the runtime.
- Hair, ears, neck and wardrobe are excluded from the bound and therefore never repaired.
Source licenses and model terms continue to apply. Check runtime availability before generation.
