When to use it
- A native program that writes, casts, plates, voices, directs, keyframes, animates (self-hosted H3), reviews, edits, sound-designs and finishes a multi-minute film from one sentence. Every generation is an exported Comfy graph run on owned hosted compute runtimes; every creative choice is a model decision on actual text, pixels or sound, with receipts and resume.
What you get
- A creative method with its instructions and supporting source files.
Setup and requirements
- Follow the included guide to bind your inputs and select the appropriate runtime.
Things to know
- One 8:54 film was produced end to end (12 scenes, 262 takes, about $276 with the pilot); scene critiques rate it below released Magnific Originals on lip sync, performance and story clarity and at parity on image and continuity.
- H3 audio-guided speech times mouths to words but articulates weakly; no working dubbing route exists in the current runtime.
- Requires owned B200 workspaces with partner and ElevenLabs secrets, a writer model and a reviewer model; inspect the selected runtime, credentials and weights before running.
- Review scores guide repair and are not acceptance; watch the film.
- The Short profile (--profile short, captions, end slate, --world) is regression-tested only. In the September 28 serialized-Shorts trials the agent reused the World but authored its own graphs, so no Short-profile episode has come from this program.
Source licenses and model terms continue to apply. Check runtime availability before generation.
