When to use it

Twelve retained creative-pack originals as explicit finite items: H3 image-to-video from supplied photos, exact ElevenLabs speech, product-campaign still layouts, measured composition finishing, CPU source cuts and a fail-closed package of every item with its editable sources.

Sept 26 B200 trials executed all twelve originals at least once (29 H3 takes reviewed, 12 Gemini stills, CPU cuts, local layouts/compositions). Frame 0, crop geometry, source timing and speech binding passed.
Measured H3 behavior: requests matching its natural move (slow push-in, forward fly, zoom) were followed without cuts; locked-off, crane, dolly-zoom, orbit and lateral slides were not. A held plate (hold_frame) holds framing but often freezes the clip, and it cut away and back once on a 9:16 crop, relit a packshot to near-black and deformed a packshot lid mid-clip.
Video routes use self-hosted H3 instead of the originals' Kling/LTX leaves; the presenter uses Ref2VA with an audio-only speech anchor (envelope match 0.984, coarse mouth/speech r=0.60), not Kling plus sync-3; phoneme-level lip sync is unmeasured.
eleven_v3 cut the final word in 4/4 live takes; voiceover briefs default to eleven_multilingual_v2 and the composer refuses speech that ends mid-sound. Brand/model-number pronunciation (Owala, 9060) is uncertain in blind transcripts.
Still layouts use the existing product-campaign renderer: flat background, CTA as a text line, no button or logo; opaque photos show their own background as a box.
Multi-aspect video crops one square master; an inset packshot stays inside every window above the caption band. 16:9 spots upscale 1536x864 H3 shots to 1920x1080 delivery.
Scene shorts crop 608x1080 from a 1920x1080 master and upscale it to 1080x1920; words straddling a cut refuse.
