Service providers and subprocessors

Adwave Digital Inc. uses the following categories of service providers to operate Wavemaker. This list is grounded in the inspected Next application and the Privacy Policy. An installed integration is not proof that a route is enabled on a particular deployment. When you connect your own provider credentials, that provider receives the information needed for your request under its own terms.

Compute and edge processing can occur in regions other than the database region. Wavemaker does not promise that all data stays in one country.
Payments and mail

Wavemaker does not store full card numbers. Stripe retains payment information under its own policies.
AI and partner processing
Inputs, relevant context and selected files are sent only to the provider required for the operation you request.

Hosted agent model providers
You choose a conversation's hosted agent; Claude on Anthropic is the default. The provider of the chosen agent receives that conversation as the agent works: your messages and instructions, the agent's prompts and context, and the agent's tool calls and their results, which can include content from your files and projects. Wavemaker keeps the conversation history itself and sends no provider keys to the agent's working environment.

Qwen is an open model published by Alibaba. Alibaba does not receive your data when Fireworks AI runs it.
You may also select, or connect your own credentials for, other installed partner routes, such as Google Gemini, ElevenLabs and other catalog partners advertised by the running service. Inspect the current provider routes and in-product Connections before assuming a vendor is in use. Self-hosted execution can include third-party model weights; that does not mean the model author receives your prompts. Wavemaker does not independently train foundation models on your content.
Self-hosted model weights
Some self-hosted image and video routes run open model weights published by third parties under their own licences. The model authors do not receive your prompts or files.

Other disclosures
We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce the Terms, prevent abuse or fraud, or complete a business transfer, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you make content public, unlisted or shareable, other people may access it. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
Changes
We update this page when a processor category used by the service changes. Material changes to personal-data practices are also reflected in a new Privacy Policy version when that version is approved and published.
