One Minute on the Canal

A single unbroken 60-second H3 shot of a red sailboat drifting down a willow-lined canal, built from nine connected windows.

A single H3 generation runs for a few seconds. This method builds long continuous shots from bounded windows: each new window starts from the previous window's motion and sound context, the overlap is trimmed exactly, and the pieces are assembled frame-accurately into one take. Here nine windows make a full minute of a red sailboat drifting down a canal, with the boat, sail and water staying coherent across every join.

To make your own, describe the shot, the camera and the sound, and the duration. Expect the camera to drift: the prompt asked to track beside the boat, but the view gradually widens as the boat recedes and the motion slows late in the take. The saved latents can also seed a new continuation later. The download contains the original 832x480 file, the window graphs, the plan, the join review sheet and the trial evidence.
